I appreciated the direct access to the beach. Beach access made it convenient for daily strolls. The hotel provided cabanas, and that allowed me to enjoy the beach comfortably (away from direct sun).

The room looked dark. The view from it overlooked the roof. I noticed that the conditioner and lotion bottles were empty. It was inconvenient.

The location provides convenient access to various attractions and walking distance to many places. Valet parking was quick and efficient. Josie at the bar made amazing cocktails. My wife and I enjoyed the bourbon selection and great atmosphere. Miae, our server, made our birthday celebration lovely. Manager Rain was very attentive and friendly.

The AC vent in our room was quite dusty, located right next to the headboard of the bed.

The staff, including the valet and front desk personnel, are genuinely helpful and friendly. Miae, our server, provided an really good experience , made our celebration nice. Rain, the manager, was very attentive to our needs.

i found beach access very convenient. i also appreciated live music at the tiki bar each evening. my spacious room included plenty of towels and a large bathroom.

The gym had limited weights. It needed more equipment.

front desk attendants are genuinely friendly. they greeted me energetically and they were very helpful. our room attendant kept our room super clean and she did a great job every day! pool servers provided great service and were genuinely friendly.
